I think it's fairly safe to describe me - in the nicest possible way, of course - as a bit of a media who~e! By day (and sometimes night) you'll find me 'PR-ing' about for clients that include a mix of things from lampshades to security guards, researching for my regular slot on BBC Radio Leeds's breakfast show with Andrew & Georgey, and organising fabulous (absolutely!) events, sponsorships and partnerships for Thirsty Thursday - a girly networking/social club and website. By night (and sometimes day), I can be found involved with lots of Armley-based projects such as the Armley on Wheels Roller Disco and the forthcoming 'Bake, Make & Grow' extravaganza, writing my blog and other creative writing projects such as short plays, hosting Thirsty Thursday events, and trying to blag or beg - but never steal - guest list places or tickets to previews, parties and theatre productions or films. I'm certainly no trained arts critic, but I love going to the theatre, cinema and galleries.
