Let us introduce you to The Leeds Roller Dolls, your all-female local Roller Derby team (well if you are a Leeds based reader!) They have been training together for over 18 months and will be representing Leeds at the Europe’s first ever Roller Derby Tournament on 18-19th July at Earls Court in London.

Roller Derby is a high adrenaline, fast-paced, full contact roller skating sport which definately appeals to our skater alter-egos here at the Cuture Vulture (yeah, stop sniggering at the back there – I’ll have you know we are proud founder members of Armley on Wheels renown for its legendary roller discos!!). If the inner skater in you is screeching to get out then why not give it a go? The Roller Dolls are always on the look out for new recruits, just so long as you are over 18!
