So Si tell us about We are Unit (did you miss an f out? – just kidding!)
UNIT is the collective and collaborative work of myself  and James Sanderson. It is the born out of a desire to experiment along the journey between briefing and delivering a project to ensure something new and unexpected is realised. We spit in the face of routine, formula and expectation.

What exciting stuff have you got on at the moment
We have numerous projects on the go at the moment including: A public art piece, album covers, motion design for a record label, identity & brand launch for a digital agency, design & development for a global brand and of course our new web presence.

But the one we are most excited about is a sneaker/shoe design we completed for a brand over in the US. We are waiting for the launch of the project which involved a series of designers including the like of Si Scott contributing. It was a slightly self indulgent project with us being sneaker fans but one we couldn’t say no too. Launch pics will be on our site soon!

What’s currently making you hot under the collar?
Phrases from marketing people like ‘content is content…’ — it’s the verbal equivalent to the Penrose triangle.

Who do you have a secret crush on?
Si:  Hayden Panettiere from Heroes / ****** from  Holbeck Urban Village.
James: I have recently rekindled my man crush on Ryan Gosling in the Notebook. I don’t care who knows this. I am a married man.
