Test Space: Kitchen returns on Saturday 1st October with Chili-con-carnival vs Picklefest at Melbourne Street Studios.

Chili-con-carnival vs Picklefest promises to be a very different barbecue cook up with a special menu created by Billy & Mitchs Munch, tastings, stands and stalls from some of the regions finest food and drink producers, the Greedy Pig serving up an early evening warm up menu, food challenges and competitions, food porn photography exhibition and live music and DJs across the night.

The menu for the night includes – East meets West Ribs, Mary Burgers, Buzzing Borrego Burgers, The Beef Less Burger Experience, Jack Daniels BBQ Buffalo Chicken Wings and Billy & Mitch’s Munch Signature Steaks.

This is the third Test Space: Kitchen, food and culture mash ups celebrating creativity through good food, music and art. Making use of unusual spaces to create one off, one night festivals of food; working with everyone from award winning chefs to slow-food enthusiasts to stand up comics to YouTube Jockeys to food foragers, Test Space: Kitchens are truly original and unique events.
