Our business is about developing and managing media centres, offices, hubs, studios, innovation centres, incubators, temporary spaces, cultural venues or anywhere that people choose to run their creative business. We provide professional services that can deliver all the IT support and services a fast growing business will need; manage networking and creative events; attract new business opportunities and create funky chill-out spaces with free wi-fi zones, comfy chairs and good coffee. And we do this whilst continually trying to reduce the environmental impact of the places and spaces that we manage.

The Round Foundry Media Centre provides high quality, contemporary serviced office space specifically for creative, digital and media businesses on very flexible terms. Located in Leeds city centre within one of the most dynamic business and residential developments in the UK, it is well served by a range of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and is just 8 minutes walk away from the central train station.

We also provide flexible work spaces and virtual office services with a postal address and professional telephone answering service. With a range of contemporary meeting rooms and conference facilities which include high speed Internet access, AV equipment and a range of catering options, the Round Foundry Media Centre is also a great location for client meetings or to showcase a new product or service.

Electric Works is the new and contemporary workplace for creative, digital and media businesses. Located in Sheffield just two minutes walk from the mainline train station and less than five minutes walk to the award winning Winter Gardens, Crucible Theatre, Showroom Cinema and all the facilities of one of the UK’s largest and friendliest cities.  The project is owned by Sheffield City Council with funding from the Council and Yorkshire Forward.
When fully occupied, almost 400 people will be based there and with visitor capacity of at least 200 and a growing network of digital businesses located nearby, it will provide a high level of networking, collaboration and staff development opportunities.

Serviced office accommodation is available for a range of companies from sole traders up to around 20 person companies.  These serviced offices are available on one year occupational licences with a one month notice period. In addition there are larger semi-serviced floor plates for 20 to 50 person companies available on a three year lease with a six month notice period.

All offices are fully carpeted with high quality lighting, vision panels/glazing, comfort cooling, heating, key locks and intruder alarm panels.

With up to a 150 seat contemporary conference capacity; meeting and presentation rooms as well as a substantial amount of informal meeting space, it provides added value resources and opportunities for companies based in the building.
