So what happened last month?
The Culture Vulture registered members were offered 5 pairs of tickets to enjoy the private view of Home Truths at Harewood House. One lucky winner was also offered a rather generous three course meal in The Stables Courtyard restaurant.
We partied at Paper Scissor Stone and Amy Balderston won the Swan print by Si Scott after correctly guessing there were 416 bits of fuseli pasta in the bowl. Click here to download the Paper Scissor Stone guide to investing in art (its a big file but it’s worth waiting for) and here to download a fantastic voucher giving all the culture vulture readers 20% discount on selected art works until the end of April.
James Bywood’s mum won flowers and comedy tickets at the West Yorkshire Playhouse. James was very enthusiastic about the eggsotic bouquet which nearly poked someone’s eye out on the train. Thanks once again to Fiori for their generosity.
Seven keen photographers were selected from 30+ entrants and offered a private tour with the Cultural Team at Temple Works around the Egyptian style Mill in Holbeck before it underwent serious reconstruction.
Irene Bendler benefitted not once, but twice, enjoying opera on the Friday night followed by the Moor Music Fundraiser the following night (thanks to a generous bride to be offering her tickets back out again).
Paula Tod won the eagle eye challenge last month, guessing correctly that the banner was of ‘A Lasting Moment’ at Leeds Museum, the photographer Marc Riboud, who first came to Leeds in 1954! Surprise in the post Paula!
