Anyone interested in winning tickets to a five course dinner at a pop up restaurant in a secret location? The food is all sourced in Yorkshire, the chef is from Ottolenghi, London, and the first event in York sold out and went really well … I’ll let the guys from Chateau Marmot explain …
Chateau Marmot are bringing their temporary dining experience to Leeds this coming weekend. Dine on a five course tasting menu cooked by one of the UK’s best new chefs, modern British food with an international twist, locally sourced. There’s also entertainment, art from the marmot’s private collection, the infamous cheese cart and more all in a secret location. Tickets are almost sold out for the whole weekend but we’ve got two to give away to lucky Culture Vulture readers for Sunday lunch, where author Rob Cowen will be giving a talk on wild food and the outdoors. If that sounds good, just answer this question.
Where in the world would you find the Yellow Bellied Marmot?
