In theory this event should be over and out within 50 minutes, but add in drinks, chat, shifting about, and the rest and it will probably be about 2 hours. But in that time you will have watched 50 new plays. Your head may spin. It makes perfect sense to us here at The Culture Vulture to have tapas style plays, we like to pick and mix. Perhaps in the days of twitter and facebook 60 seconds is about as much as our busy brains can take before our mind starts to wander off?
In all this event in it’s 6th year, received over 500 entries. 50 to be shown in Halifax, 50 in Brooklyn. Afterwards you can download them. However you should hop on over to the lovely vaulted Viaduct Theatre in Dean Clough Mill. Tickets are a tiny £6.00 (just the cost of two bowls of tapas).
