Who are you and what do you do? I’m Dan. I’m a furniture and product designer.
What are you currently working on? At the moment I’m working on one of my personal projects, Dot-to-Date, which will be launched soon, so that’s quite exciting. So, I’m busy making and boxing 500 of them along with working down in Woolwich with Jonathan Prestwich on some commercial furniture, conference tables, office seating, task chairs and cafe chairs.
What’s your favourite website (you don’t have to say ours)? Engadget – I’m a bit of a geek, so that sorts out my technology fix. Then Coolhunting and Core77 sort out my design cravings
Do you have a favourite building? If so which and why? It’s got to be Battersea Powerstation. I can’t really put my finger on it but it’s massive and fantastic. I also like my straight lines so I think the design of it is beautiful and if you turn it upside down it looks like a table.
