Interesting North (www.interestingnorth.com) is essentially a one-day conference with just brilliant people talking about their private obsessions.
So we’ve got graphic designers, games makers, advertising planners, transmedia storytellers and all sorts of people talking about all sorts of things (James Bond: Architecture Critic, the science of cake, lessons from Lego, feral children and on and on).
It’s not about swapping business cards or commercialising content, just sharing interesting passions and personal stories.
