Marketing and Development Worker at Otley Courthouse
Salary: £17,000 pro rata
3 Days a week (initially a fixed term contract for two years)
Otley Courthouse Arts and Resource Centre is unique, vibrant and successful. It is run by local people and provides an exciting environment where all age groups and abilities can get involved and experience outstanding arts events, screenings, exhibitions and performances. We are staffed primarily by volunteers, and generate over 90% of our income through our diverse and creative activities.
We have received an Arts Council England grant to enable us to fund a Marketing and Development Worker to work three days a week on a two year fixed term contract. This role will support the work of our Programme Manager and Centre Manager to further develop our audiences and centre users to enable the Courthouse to have another 10 fantastic years and beyond. It is our hope that we will be able to offer a permanent contract at the end of this period subject to the relevant finances being available.
