  1. Without wishing to sound bitter or snarky, the barriers are probably there to stop it being ruined by drunkards and scags 🙁 As much as I love Leeds, you can’t deny it has its population of idiots who love to ruin the good stuff for the rest of us.

    In terms of a story though, I kinda like the idea that the barriers make it look so ‘normal.’ As if trees and ships sprouting from the ground is a common occurence in Leeds, almost like roadworks and potholes.
