Walk-in Movie Night

happy-the-movieGuest blogger Simon Baker invites you to a Walk-in Movie Night on 17th May to mark the start of the second UK Green Film Festival.
You can cycle-in too. Leg-powered vehicular access is free whilst car users will be charged £5 per car on the night. We will be screening the appealingly entitled Happy, the latest award-winning documentary from Academy Award® nominated director Roko Belic which takes us on a journey from the swamps of Louisiana to the slums of Kolkata in search of what really makes people happy.

Walk-in Movie Night is a Chetwoods Architects production. Deck chairs will be provided and you’ll be able to buy refreshments from The Cross Keys’ Mr Frothy and from the barbeque supplied by The Midnight Bell. With thanks to our friends at Quarmby Construction for supplying the screen and Leeds Metropolitan University for their support.
Limited tickets available here.

17th May, 7.30pm, Marshall’s Mill, Marshall Street, Leeds, LS11 9YJ
