We’re not in the habit of generally promoting the heck out of the high street, but we do love independent retailers, especially those who favour the unexpected! We’ve long been fans of Paper Scissor Stone down by the bus station (Leeds), they sell limited edition prints, photography, art alongside fashion that quite frankly cake eaters, like me, may struggle to adapt as a good look. We are happy to concede though that those who like something on trend, or whatever the going expression is, would be pigs in muck faced with their stock.
We especially love the fact they have a pop up hairdressers in residence! Rebel Pin Up are coming to PPS…and what’s more they have a party to celebrate this occasion. Thursday 22nd July, 7pm. There will be music, drinks, head massages and lots of special offers (I wonder if the Rob Ryan Prints are discounted?) Everyone is welcome but do rsvp to info {at} paper-scissor-stone.co.uk
Lord knows how we managed to gain such a brilliant prize, but we have got TWO hair do’s and Indian head massages to offer to you lucky split ended readers… All you need to do is try to guess the Rebel Pin Up’s Favourite Pin Up (there is a right answer, but you can enjoy going horribly wrong with your guess work as they’ll pick the two best answers) Pop your answer in the comments box below
The prize winners will be informed Tuesday morning, and you’ll arrange a mutually convenient time to go for your ‘do’
