Creative Business Boost offers you a choice of one-day workshops, each run in characteristically engaging, CidaCo style by Anamaria Wills or Keith Evans, and featuring one of 10 key topics for strengthening your business.  These topics range from redefining your business model to generating new income sources; from managing your cash to managing your brand; from strategic innovation to collaborative technologies; and more.  Our long experience as part of the creative sector means that the content is specifically tailored to the needs of arts and creative organisations, designed with our deep understanding of the particular issues that the sector faces.

Groups are being deliberately kept small to maximise opportunities for individual learning through doing.  At the end of each session, you and your colleagues will be able to take new skills, new tools and new thinking directly into your workplace and apply them immediately.  You will also receive on-line handout notes and learning materials that will help sustain your use of your new skills.

THE PLACE – All workshops will be hosted in the Quarry Hill Quarter of Leeds City Centre, at Yorkshire Dance or Munro House, where there are excellent transport links and ample parking. The cost includes a full pack of learning materials, refreshments throughout the day and lunch. Each workshop starts at 9.30am and finishes at 4.00pm, with half an hour for a networking lunch.

The experience we had working with you [CidaCo] ….was a great learning experience – but also importantly made us think about the broader context in which we operate and the need for us to review the way in which we approach the development of our business.                     – Kiki Gale, Director, East London Dance

I have been a business owner for 9 years and you get used to a way of working. The Innovation process showed that there’s always scope to think differently and that the business can really benefit from outside opinion and support like this. CIDA are delivering a great process with coaches genuinely keen to help develop new approaches to your business.’  Patrick Murphy, Made North Gallery, Sheffield

We learnt A LOT and it was tonnes of fun, you were really good to work with. What was particularly refreshing was that you understood our issues, our business and our industry which made it 100% relevant and instantly transferable…I’ve only ever had that from CidaCo, normally these sessions are watered down to suit many audiences. Yours wasn’t – James Pearson, Bloom Agency, Leeds

Dynamic, insightful, creative ………. Through lively, skillfully run workshops, [CidaCo] has helped us to explore the business landscape we operate in and crystallise our objectives.  Ceri Batchelder, Business Development Director, HMA Digital Marketing, Barnsley
