The Leeds Summat: 21st November 2009
Leeds University Student Union: 10am – 6pm followed by eveing meal and cabaret

The Leeds Summat is an eclectic mix, part creative and participatory conference,  part alternative indoor festival, part learning experience that all ends up feeling a bit like a party too. Sounds fun to us! According to its organisers T4P, the aim of the Summat is to gather different people from all backgrounds and corners of Leeds and Yorkshire in one place: to connect, talk, eat, play, learn, and laugh together – and start working out how to create a better world together. A big bonus for all those with children is the dedicated Kid’s Zone offering story-telling and craft activities for all the family. It’s all completely free – although booking is essential to reserve a place in the creche facilities or at the evening meal and cabaret.

Visit the Leeds Summat website to discover the full range of art, music, film, cabaret and workshops and speakers on offer and to reserve your spot at this very unique event.
