This watery colour photograph was taken by Ed Waring of Hope and Social last Friday. This is one of my favourite new buildings in South Leeds (clue) and will soon be having an official launch. A small group of us were very lucky to be taken to the top of the building (21 floors up) to enjoy panoramic views of rain lashed Leeds. We also got to snoop around and I have to say I was very impressed by the quality of the apartments inside…

The gooooorgeous Candle Building on the canal. If you think you don’t like city living, this (and its sister building) will change your mind. Not just a fab building, but the views are surprising – canals, greenery, water fowl – in the city centre! I WANT ONE.
I will have whatever size smarties you ave, the bigger the better – for sharing.
That wretched new building on Granary Wharf. What a waste of public space!
