The Arts Development team are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Officer.
The key responsibilities will be:
Devise and manage a diverse programme of arts activities both indoors and outdoors, small and large scale. This will include the internationally recognised annual event, Light Night.
Deliver and run projects which establish Leeds Town Hall as a centre for the arts and be a natural home and focus for those interested in the arts across the City.
Manage and deliver a commercial Town Hall programme to establish a new and significant income stream for the service.
The successful applicant will work closely in partnership with local arts organisations and communities.
The role includes artistic programming, budgeting, planning, administration and event management.
Applicants should have excellent communication and organisational skills, artistic programming and event management experience, experience of managing casual workers/volunteers and the ability to prioritise tasks, produce reports and manage budgets.
This role requires the post holder to work weekends and unsociable hours.
